Spa policies & Etiquette

MAKE AND CONFIRM APPOINTMENTS - This really assists with planning for giving you the best experience. You can confirm your appointments from your cell phone or call to confirm. We do have a 24 hour notice should you need to cancel or reschedule.

CANCELLATION  POLICY-

The time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. When appointments are missed, or cancelled with insufficient notice, we’re unable to fill the vacancy, causing substantial financial impact to the business.
PLAN TO ARRIVE A FEW MINUTES EARLY - Part of your treatment is to RELAX. If you are running late, you are more tense and the service runs late or has to be cut short. We like for you to have time to enjoy your time with us. We do not extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. Arriving more than 15 minutes late for your service will result in its cancellation and is subject to Same Day Cancellation fee.

SERVICE SALES ARE FINAL

We perform thorough consultations that require your participation and honest feedback to ensure the most favorable outcome. All service sales and deposits are final.

NO CHILDREN POLICY - LUXE TOUCH provides guests with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. It is not a safe or suitable environment for children. Clients must make childcare arrangements prior to visiting as children are not permitted in the salon. Clients who arrive with children will be required to reschedule and may be subject to the missed appointment fee as there are no exceptions to this policy.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The licensed professionals at LUXE TOUCH reserve the right to refuse services and dismiss disruptive or abusive clients when necessary

DUTY TO INFORM

Your full disclosure during all pre-service consultations is mandatory. LUXE TOUCH will not assume responsibility for your adverse reactions suffered when a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.

SCOPE OF SERVICES POLICY

State law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with contraindicated medical conditions. However,  if your professional determines that you are ineligible for service. When your situation has been resolved, or you have a medical release clearing you for service, you are more than welcome to reschedule your appointment.

It is unsanitary.

1 GUEST PER TREATMENT ROOM

We do not allow anyone in the treatment rooms that are not receiving treatments.

CUT YOUR CELL PHONE OFF ON PLACE ON VIBRATE

We ask all of our clients to try to respectfully share space with other spa goers. If listening to music or watching videos please use ear phones or bluetooth.

PLEASE DO NOT PUT YOUR FEET IN THE CHAIRS (Even with your shoes on)

We try to keep the lobby clean and presentable for you!

DON’T EAT HEAVY MEALS BEFORE A SERVICE

To curb an appetite and also enjoy the service fully have a small easily digestable snack such as fruit, yogurt, or a slice of cheese. Eating heavy meals and lying down soon afterward can cause gas, nausea, or an upset stomach.

THANKING YOUR THERAPIST

Our clients often ask about tipping. Gratuity is appreciated but not mandatory. If you would like to leave a tip it is typical to tip 10% - 20%. You are welcome to hand your tip personally, we have envelopes at the front desk or you can add to your total at check out.

ENJOY YOUR TREATMENT TIME

We are here to serve you, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your visit more comfortable and enjoyable.
